What is the current state of medical cannabis in Japan?

What is the difference between THC and CBD?
There are many cannabinoids extracted from cannabis, but they are mainly used as pharmaceuticals mainly for the components tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD).
